Gary and Jimmy made everything easy so we were able to enjoy the day that much more! Gary made all the arrangements: we spent a fabulous day between the US and Canada. Jimmy knew all the best places and added to the experience by giving us loads of historical information. Great trip!
Serena made this adventure absolutely magical for us. It was my husband and my first time here and choosing a tour was overwhelming since there are so many to choose from, but we absolutely picked the right one and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect way to spend your day in Niagara Falls. Serena was wonderful, knowledgeable, kind and made this experience unforgettable.
We traveled with our 7 kids and utilized Niagara Tours for navigating our way around. Definitely made the trip less stressful! We were picked up at 8:45am sharp in front of our hotel. We utilized the same bus the whole tour which was nice because there’s several areas in which strollers and wagons cannot be utilized. It was nice to stage everything in the bus and it was locked when we were out touring. It was a lifesaver not having to wait in line for tour tickets with kids. Lots of other lines to wait in, mostly for elevators. The stairs will be open summer of 2026. Our tour guide Serena was so knowledgeable and kept a kid-friendly pace. A fair amount of walking and you WILL get wet, even with the ponchos on. Everyone had an absolute blast experiencing the intensity from the Hurricane Deck; it’s a must! Tread carefully, saw lots of slips and spills! This tour hits all the major stops at the falls- Maid of the Mist, Observation Deck, Goat Island, Cave of the Winds, Luna Island, Terrapin Point- you get exhilarating views from each of the falls- Bridal Veil, Horseshoe, American Falls. We stopped at DiCamello’s Bakery, and the kids loved eating the pizza. Serena had a cooler of water bottles, which was really great. There are a fair amount of water fountains and restrooms around.
Jimmy was wonderful! Excellent tour guide. The tour itself was great and included a few things not listed - such as Goat Island and a chance to shop for souvenirs. Always part of the Jimmy Family!
So it was really a great tour by Jimmy. We were with Jimmy family. Guy is really humorous, Good in jokes, And really took good care of us.
